About Cooper
Cooper is a darling Blue Merle Pembroke Welsh Corgi boy with a soft, expressive face and the kind of playful charm that makes this stage of puppyhood so much fun to watch. Born on May 28, 2026, Cooper is being raised here at Bluebird Meadow Puppies in Middlebury, Indiana, where he is surrounded by attentive care, family interaction, and the gentle day-to-day experiences that help puppies grow into well-loved companions.
These early weeks are such a sweet time in a puppy’s life, and Cooper is right in the middle of it. He is beginning to explore, interact more with his littermates, and show little glimpses of the personality that will continue to grow in the weeks ahead. We always love this age because each puppy starts to come into their own, and it is exciting to watch those little traits and expressions begin to shine through.
The Pembroke Welsh Corgi is loved for so many reasons, from its intelligence and loyalty to its bright, outgoing personality. Corgis are often described as little dogs with big hearts, and they have a wonderful way of becoming part of the everyday rhythm of family life. As Cooper grows, we expect him to continue developing the affectionate, lively, and people-oriented temperament that makes Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppies such treasured companions.
At Bluebird Meadow Puppies, we believe those first weeks matter. Cooper is being raised with thoughtful care, early socialization, and close attention so that when his July 23, 2026 go-home day arrives, he will already be off to a strong and well-loved start. Our hope is always that each puppy leaves us healthy, cherished, and ready for the next chapter with their new family.
Cooper’s Going Home Goodie Bag
When Cooper is ready to head home, he’ll bring along a few familiar items to help make the transition a little easier, including:
A starter bag of Royal Canin puppy food
A collar and leash
A toy
His goodie bag
Cooper will also go home microchipped through Global Pet Security, giving his future family added peace of mind. Global Pet Security provides lifetime microchip registration through a database connected to AAHA’s universal pet microchip lookup platform, helping lost pets be identified and reunited with their families more easily. Their system also allows pet owners to create a digital pet profile and keep important pet information all in one convenient place.
Cooper’s Parents: Izzy & Gerald
Cooper is the son of Izzy and Gerald, and we are proud of the thought and care that goes into every Bluebird Meadow Puppies litter. Both of Cooper’s parents have been genetic tested, which is an important part of our commitment to raising healthy, thoughtfully bred Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppies.
